Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-synchronized sequence that builds strength and flexibility through creative transitions. Each class offers a different peak pose and unique sequence — never the same experience twice. This is yoga as moving meditation.

The classical foundation of all yoga styles. Slower-paced and deeply alignment-focused, Hatha builds body awareness, flexibility, and strength through deliberate practice. Instructors provide hands-on adjustments and thorough explanations of each posture.

Designed for those new to yoga, returning from injury, or seeking a more nurturing practice. Expect supported postures, extended holds, and the use of props throughout. A deeply caring class that meets each student exactly where they are.

Passive postures held for 3–7 minutes each, targeting deep fascia, connective tissue, and joints. A quiet, internal practice rich in both physical and psychological release. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets provided for full support throughout.

Our beloved Wednesday evening ritual. The studio is lit with dozens of beeswax candles, and the room is held in a gentle warmth perfect for releasing the stress of the week. Infused with live music or a curated ambient soundscape.
