Founded in 2015 by Maya Krishnamurthy, ZenFlow was born from a simple belief: that yoga should be accessible, authentic, and transformative for every body. Nestled in Portland’s vibrant Pearl District, our studio offers a warm refuge from the pace of modern life.

Certified Instructors
Every teacher holds at minimum a 200-hour RYT certification with most holding 500-hour advanced credentials. Our instructors undergo ongoing education and training.

Two sun-drenched practice rooms, infrared heating, Liforme mats, premium props, and a calming lounge area — all maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Flexible Scheduling
Over 40 classes per week, morning through evening, seven days a week. Easily book, cancel, or reschedule through our app up to two hours before class starts.

Our instructors bring decades of combined teaching experience and a genuine devotion to their students’ growth.
Maya Krishnamurthy
With 15 years of practice and an E-RYT 500 certification, Maya founded ZenFlow to create the inclusive, transformative studio she always wished had existed. Trained in Mysore, India.
Marcus Jenkins
A former collegiate athlete who discovered yoga through injury rehabilitation, Marcus brings an athletic intensity balanced with deep anatomical knowledge to every Power Yoga session. RYT-300 certified.
Leila Moreau
A trauma-informed practitioner with backgrounds in physical therapy and Taoism, Leila creates Yin classes that are equal parts science and poetry. Her students describe her teaching as life-changing. E-RYT 500.
